Cultivate Vitality in April

April is “Cultivating Vitality” month at Urban Dharma!
​
We will be practicing the sādhana of Amitayus on each Saturday at the temple from 11 AM - 1 PM, led by Dr. Lye. You can join us for as many Saturdays as you can.
​
Especially if you intend to join the Ladrup Dewé Dorjé (aka “The Profound Path of Accomplishing the Guru,” an uncommon purevision cycle of practice originating from Drikung Dharmakirti) that HH Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang has entrusted to us in his recent visit to Urban Dharma, then cultivating vitality through Amitayus practice is a necessary foundation.

At the end of the month, Dr. Lye will confer the Longevity Empowerment of Amitayus in the tradition of Machik Drupé Gyalmo. Registration is required for the Empowerment. Register at: udharmanc.com/longevity​
