Happy Buddha Day!

You are invited to join Buddhists from all over the greater Asheville area for a celebration of the birth, life, and death of the Buddha. The event will happen on the afternoon of May 25th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Urban Dharma.

This is a chance to experience traditional buddhist chants, guided meditation, & ritual-bathing of baby Buddha.

All are welcome. It is not required that you call yourself a Buddhist or that you have experience with Buddhist practices. This will simply be a time to celebrate in community a life and the teachings that have brought so much peace, joy, compassion, and clarity into the world.

A joint celebration by Great Tree Zen Temple, Zen Center of Asheville &
Urban Dharma NC
